WE WERE ASKED TO…

Redevelop the Wallace & Gromit fan site in order to optimise it for mobile and tablet devices. The design needed to be classic and clean whilst capturing the humour of Wallace and Gromit. We created a new style guide for the brand which will now be used across all Wallace & Gromit materials, including merchandise and print. The Wallace & Gromit fan site is a website which targets children and their families in order to provide a central hub for all the content and marketing activity happening around the Wallace & Gromit brand.

SO WE MADE…

A fully responsive version of the already lively and thriving fan site that reflects the humour and quirkiness of the nation’s favourite duo. The site is packed full of activities, videos, games, competitions and news. The site also contains brand new interviews and drawing tutorials with Nick Park, and fans favourite Wallace & Gromit moments have been captured throughout.
The site is managed by a dedicated community manager who nurtures and stimulates conversation amongst the ever growing online community of fans.

AS A RESULT…

The website continues to provide a vital and successful home for everything to do with Wallace & Gromit. It has an active and devoted army of online fans which take part in all the activities, act as advocates for the brand and continue to grow year on year. To celebrate the new site a ‘find Feathers’ competition was launched, users had to find Feathers around the website and click on him before he disappears, the competition has proved very popular with users hoping to win an exclusive golden Feathers model.
