Aardman festive TV schedule December 2015
ardman are delighted to announce a full schedule of films, specials and favourite episodes to be broadcast for fans to enjoy over this year’s festive period.
As well as both a new Shaun the Sheep special and a BBC One documentary about the studio to look for forward to this Christmas, there ais lots of classic content to enjoy over the holidays on the small screen.
We’ve compiled a handy guide to help you plan your viewing so you don’t miss your favourites and you can also buy your festive copy of the Radio Times, featuring information about Aardman programmes and a pretty special front cover starring non-other than Shaun and the gang!
First up to get you in the festive mood is magical feature film, Arthur Christmas on Channel 4 on Saturday 19th December at 5:10pm. This is followed by a bumper Boxing Day on BBC One starting with Wallace and Gromit: A Grand Day Out at 2:00pm, A Grand Night In: The Story of Aardman at 2:25pm and brand new Shaun the Sheep special The Farmer’s Llamas at 6:10pm.
Shaun the Sheep: The Farmer’s Llamas is showing again on the Sunday 27th December, this time on CBBC and later that day over on BBC Three you catch Wallace and Gromit in The Curse of the Were Rabbit.
On Monday 28th another classic Wallace and Gromit: A Matter of Loaf and Death will be shown on BBC One followed by Aardman’s very own great escape movie Chicken Run on the 30th December at 10:30am.
Finally you can see the New Year in on BBC One with Wallace and Gromit: The Wrong Trousers at 2:20pm on New Year’s Eve and finally those mischievous llamas again on New Year’s Day for a final repeat at 4:05pm.
