Studio Systems Support Assistant - Features

Location: Aztec West Studios, Bristol abiding to current Covid protocols & procedures, plus some home working.
Working as an integral part of the Features Camera Department, we require a Studio Systems Support Assistant, supporting & reporting to the Deputy Technical Director & Pipeline Manager. The successful applicant will be a point of contact for technical support for the Studio, Editorial and VFX systems users within the Production.
You must have previous experience in an IT support role or hold a degree/have undertaken significant training in a directly relevant discipline. Experience of TCP/IP, DHCP, SSH, LAMP stack and SMB configuration and troubleshooting is also required.
You will need to be highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and a naturally positive and pro-active approach to problem solving. Having experience of working in the animation or film industry or an interest in the film making process would be a distinct advantage.
