Meet the HR team

Claire Brindley

HR Manager - Corporate

Claire manages HR activity in a corporate capacity across the Operational, Sales & Marketing, CGI, Interactive & Production Resources teams at our Gas Ferry Road HQ.

Becca Chappell

HR Advisor

Becca works with crew and line managers on productions at our Aztec West studio, supporting recruitment, onboarding, assisting with crew wellbeing and contributing to the overall HR strategy .

Natalie Collier

Head of Production HR

Natalie heads up the production HR team. Working closely with producers and heads of department she ensures HR is fully integrated into all productions, providing continuous support to producers and crew.

Chloe Coombs

PA to Director of People and Culture/HR Coordinator

Alongside supporting Aardman's Director of People & Culture, Chloe helps coordinate HR activity across the company and leads on studio wellbeing and corporate training.

Flo Logan

Apprentice HR Administrator

Flo is responsible for ensuring all electronic and paper files are maintained and directed to the correct places. She helps with HR queries across all productions and assists fellow team members with recruitment tasks.

Pauline Mallam

Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Manager

Pauline ensures that company policies and day-to-day operations are as inclusive as possible. She leads the ED&I Taskforce, oversees the ED&I Charter and organises internal and public-facing events.

Paula Newport

Director of People & Culture

Working closely with the MD, Paula is driving the people agenda to ensure the Founder’s Legacy and cultural values run through everything Aardman does, embedding these values to provide a high performing, inspiring, nurturing, inclusive and fun place to work.

Tayla Walton-Baker

HR Advisor

Tayla works with line managers and crew involved in productions and development across the company. A Mental Health First Aider and an Associate CIPD member with over 5 years industry experience, her role involves recruitment support, onboarding, assisting crew wellbeing and contributing to the overall HR strategy.
